Kings Manor is proud to offer 81 of our apartment homes at affordable, below-market rates for households that qualify under Kings County's income-restricted housing program. Our two and three-bedroom homes come with the same comfortable finishes and access to community amenities — including our pool, clubhouse, and BBQ/picnic area — as every home at Kings Manor.
QUALIFYING INCOME LIMITS
To qualify, your household's total annual income must not exceed the limits below, based on household size and program tier (effective 5/1/2026):

ADDITIONAL FEES
Utilities: Residents are responsible for cooking, other electric, air conditioning, and water heating costs. Water, sewer, and trash are owner-paid. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
